Please note that all transactions are completed on 3rd party travel agency websites. They will have separate terms and conditions and privacy policy to ours that we recommend you read before making a purchase.

SECTION 1 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?
When you sign up for an account or newsletter on our website, as part of the enrolling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address, phone number and email address. When you browse our website, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
Email marketing: When you sign up to our platform, we may send you emails about our offers, company news, and travel related material. You may unsubscribe at any time using the hyperlink at the bottom of each email.
Our company works with selected partners to offer a wide range of services. When you use our site we may direct you to a 3rd party website to place an order, at which point you are using their services and are bound by their terms and conditions and privacy policy.
SECTION 2 – CONSENT
How do you get my consent? When you provide us with personal information to complete a sign up form, action or ask about our services, we imply that you consent to our collecting it and using it for that specific reason only. How do I withdraw my consent? If after you opt-in, you change your mind, you may withdraw your consent for us to contact you, for the continued collection, use or disclosure of your information, at any time, by contacting us at hello@travel2cure.com

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.
SECTION 4 – HOSTING
Our website is hosted with Site Ground and all information is passed through their servers. We take no responsibility for data storage or site security. Payment: If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then a payment site stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by the agent and its service providers.
SECTION 5 – THIRD-PARTY SERVICES
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us. Our company works with selected partners to offer a wide range of services. When you request a quote or place an order we may forward your name, email address, phone number and postal address to this development partner so they can contact you direct regarding your order and development requirements. We also hire external marketing specialists to help us gain customers from around the world. However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards. COOKIES Our website uses cookies to provide a fluid user experience, very little personal user information is stored without the users consent.
